How are you moving your body this week?
Yesterday was so cold and dreary and icky that I opted to do my Yoga DVD instead of go for a walk. It's called Yoga for the Rest of Us by Peggy Cappy. I like it because she uses a chair for balance and it's really quite a good workout. It did not get me many steps though lol.
