So here's my latest update:
Tracking blood sugar and food: I'm doing this everyday
Walking/moving 25 minutes a day: I've done this everyday
15 minute paperwork monster challenge (on days I'm home): I missed doing Monday, but I've done today and yesterday.
15 minute upstairs challenge (on days I'm home): Again, I missed Monday, but have done today and yesterday.
Create challenge: I've worked on the class I'm creating on three out of four days so far this month.
Water drinking: I'm drinking at least 80 oz of water a day.
Blog and book: I've done this everyday
Fruit/veggies: Well...it's a work in progress. I did 2 out of 3 on Sunday and Monday. Got all three yesterday.
