Week 6: I  need some Kicks: Happiness Project Update

I cannot believe we already six weeks into 2020! 

Here's my update:

Moving 25 minutes a day: I've met this everyday.

Drink 5 bottles of water a day: I've got at least four every day, but have not always  made it to five

Record food and blood sugar at each meal: I've been doing this; although truth be told, sometimes I write everything down at the end of the day in the food journal instead of throughout the day like I intend to.

Writing in blog/book: I've kept up with that as well.

Act of love for Tom: done that everyday. When I'm done, I'll post a picture of what I did.

Reaching out to friend/family member each day: I think I've only missed one day of doing this. 

Overall, I think I'm doing pretty well. I did find this past weekend when I worked all day Saturday and Sunday, it was super hard to make myself do the walking at the end of the day, but I was glad I did it.
