This week's goals:
Walk 25 minutes everyday/10,000 steps 5 days per week: I walked every day and got 10,000 plus steps 4 days.
Write blog/post in Facebook group: Did both all seven days
Devotional/prayer journal: Did both all seven days
Fruits/veggies: met this goal four of the seven days
Work on classes: four of the seven days. Finished up another one and got it submitted for approval!
Track food and blood sugar/drink water: I tracked food and checked blood sugar six of the seven days and drank my water all seven days.
De-clutter: three of the seven days
Self-talk/read: four of the seven days
