- 12,000 steps MWF’s/10,000 steps T/Th’s: I got over 12,000 steps last Friday, this Monday & Wednesday and over 10,000 steps on Tuesday and Thursday (plus over 10,000 last Saturday!).
- Walk 20 minutes each day: did this all seven days
- Sleep 7-8 hours a night: six of the seven nights
- Read 21 minutes a day: all seven days
- New February goal: work on renewing my certification to do Child Development Associate credential observations. I had planned to work on this over a few days, but it was so boring that I just plowed through and got it all done in a couple of days lol. Then the third day, I sent in the paperwork they needed. So that is done. Now I’ve started on the Pyramid Model training that is on my 21 for 21 list.
- Household chores: four of the last seven days (missed last Friday)
- One sentence journal: every day.
- Keep up certain 2020 resolutions:
- Paperwork: five of the weekly five-day goal
- Devotional/prayer journal: every day
- Post in Facebook group: every day
- Write in blog: every day
- Drink water: every day
- De-clutter: five of the weekly five-day goal.
- Work on creating new classes: five of the weekly five-day goal
- Fruits/veggies: Met my goal three of the last seven days.
