Week 40 Happiness Project 2020 Update

Here is my update for this week's goals:

Walking 25 minutes a day/9,000-10,000 steps five days per week: I walked every day and I got over 9000 steps six of the last seven days

Writing in blog/posting in Facebook group: did these both every day

Tracking food/blood sugar and drinking water: Met these goals every day

Devotional/bible study/prayer journal: did these every day

Fruits/veggies: Met my goal 5 of the 7 days

Working on classes: 5 of the 7 days

De-clutter/house/paperwork: 5 of 7 days

​Private one I'm working on: all 7 days
