Week 37 2020 Happiness Project update

This week's update:

Walking 25 minutes a day/getting 9,000-10,000 steps five days a week: I walked every day and I got over 9,000 steps five of the seven days

De-clutter/paperwork/house/create classes/write: I did at least two of these four of the seven days

Blog/Facebook group: I did both of these all seven days

Tracking food/blood sugar and drinking water: met these goals all seven days

Devotional/bible study/prayer journal: I did this all seven days

Fruits and veggies: I met my goal five of the seven days

Read self-help book: I read four of the seven days
