Fruits/veggies/tracking food and blood sugar and drinking water: I met this goal all seven days.
Devotional/Bible study/prayer journal: I met this goal all seven days
Read self-help book: I did this three of the seven days. I finished the e-book "What to say when you talk to yourself" and another book called "How to be fine" and haven't chosen another book yet. I ordered a paperback version of the "What to say when you talk to yourself" book because I had borrowed the e-book from the library and wanted my own copy. I may start over and re-read it again.
Writing each day: I did this five of the seven days.
Monitor spending: I did pretty well with this. I did miss writing down something from one day but remembered and went back and added it later.
