Week 31: 2020 Happiness Project Update

Since we started a new month on Saturday and I posted my July wrap-up that included the end of last week, today I will just update for the last four days of this week. 

Walking 25 minutes a day/9.000-10,000 steps a day: I've walked at least 25 minutes each day. I got over 10,000 steps the other days.

De-clutter/paperwork/house/creating classes: I worked on this the last two days

Write in blog/post in Facebook groups: I've done this every day

Fruits & veggies/track food and blood sugar/drink water: I've done these every day

Devotional/Bible study/prayer journal: every day

Read self-help book: every day

Write: I've done this three of the four days this month

​Monitor spending: I've done this every day.
