It's hard for me to believe that we are 28 weeks into 2020. This year has been so weird. In many ways, it seems to be flying by and in some ways, it seems to be crawling.
So for this week's update:
Recording food and blood sugars: I did this all seven days
Walking 25 minutes a day/8,000-10,000 steps a day: I walked 25 minutes every day and got my steps in six of the seven days.
De-clutter/work on classes/Paperwork/house challenges: Did this five of the seven days.
Write blog/posting in Facebook groups: all seven days
Fruits/veggies: all seven days
Gretchen Rubin books: five of the seven days
Devotional: all seven days
Bible study/prayer journal: all seven days.
