So for this week's update:
Recording food and blood sugars: I did this all seven days
Walking 25 minutes a day/8,000-10,000 steps a day: I walked 25 minutes every day and got my steps in six of the seven days.
De-clutter/work on classes/Paperwork/house challenges: Did this five of the seven days.
Write blog/posting in Facebook groups: all seven days
Fruits/veggies: all seven days
Gretchen Rubin books: five of the seven days
Devotional: all seven days
Bible study/prayer journal: all seven days.
