Recording food and blood sugars and drinking water: I did this all seven days.
Walking 25 minutes a day/8,000-10,000 steps per day: I walked at least 25 minutes each day. I got 8,000-10,000 steps five of the seven days. I missed one day because I didn't feel well and then of course Sunday was my rest day.
De-clutter/paperwork/creating classes/house: I did all of these four of the seven days. Some of the other three days I did one or two of them, but not all.
Write in blog/post in Facebook groups: did this all seven days
Fruits/veggies: I met my goal five of the seven days (and those days I didn't meet it for one meal each)
