Week 25 Happiness Project Update

This week's update:

Recording food and blood sugar readings and drinking at least 80 oz of water a day: did this all seven days

Walk 25 minutes a day/8000-10,000 steps a day: Did the walking 25 minutes every day and the 8000-10,000 steps six of the seven days (every day except Sunday, my rest day)

De-clutter/paperwork/work on classes: did this six of the seven days

Write in blog/post in Facebook groups: did this all seven days

Fruits and veggies: met my goal all seven days!

Gretchen Rubin books/course: Finished the course I was taking and have been reading the book; did this six of the seven days.

Devotional: all seven days

​House: Did this five of the seven days (I take the weekend off)
