For the first 14 days of this year, I have walked 20 minutes each day!
I have drank 1072 oz of water! That is over 8 gallons of water so far this year.
I have written in my blog and my personal stuff everyday!
I have tracked my blood sugar and written down my food for every meal/snack.
I have de-cluttered for 15 minutes a day. Some days that was physical de-cluttering and other days it was computer or phone de-cluttering. One day, Tom and I went through his side of the closet and emptied more than 50 hangers!
