Recording food/checking blood sugar: did this every day
Walking 25 minutes/10,000 steps: I walked every day and I got 10,000+ steps everyday except Sunday (my planned rest day)
I've worked on de-cluttering, creating classes, and paperwork every day except Sunday (my planned day off). I got some of my classes converted to webinars so I can start doing some training from home.
I did a devotional every day.
I've written in my blog every day and I missed one day writing in my book.
I've met my goals for fruits and veggies every day.
