Here's the update:
Devotional: I've done a devotional and written bible scriptures every day.
Checking blood sugar and food tracking: I've done this every day as well
Fruit and veggie intake: I've also done this every day!
De-cluttering/paperwork/creating projects: I did all of them six of the seven days. I'm happy with that!
Water: Continuing to drink at least 80 oz of water a day
Walk/move 25 minutes a day: I've continued to do this every day!
Blog/book: I've written in my blog and book every day.
8000 steps a day: I did this five of the seven days.
I feel like overall I'm doing great and I'm happy with my progress!
