I'm still plugging along on my resolutions for 2020! Some days are better than others, but I just keep going. This last week I have struggled a lot with exhaustion (I'm guessing related to all the blood sugar lows I've been having) and hip pain, but I"m not letting it stop me!
Here's the update:
Devotional: I've done a devotional and written bible scriptures every day.
Checking blood sugar and food tracking: I've done this every day as well
Fruit and veggie intake: I've also done this every day!
De-cluttering/paperwork/creating projects: I did all of them six of the seven days. I'm happy with that!
Water: Continuing to drink at least 80 oz of water a day
Walk/move 25 minutes a day: I've continued to do this every day!
Blog/book: I've written in my blog and book every day.
8000 steps a day: I did this five of the seven days.
I feel like overall I'm doing great and I'm happy with my progress!
