This last week has been a rough one and I haven't been as successful with everything as I would have liked. I still walked/moved every day, wrote, and tracked my food/blood sugar. But I haven't done very well at the de-cluttering. I think it's going to have to be my "frog". Have you ever heard the term "Eat the frog first"? It comes from something Mark Twain said about if you eat a frog first thing in the morning, it's probably the worst thing that will happen to you all day. Apparently, de-cluttering is my frog and I need to do it first thing in the morning. I'm trying to think of something to pair it with like I paired my water and Sonic drinks. Maybe I can't read anything in my current book until I do my de-cluttering? Or I can't play a game on my phone until I do my de-cluttering? I'll keep you posted on my decision.
Yesterday was cold and my back was hurting really bad so I decided to do a Yoga DVD instead of my walk. That and a couple of muscle relaxers the last two nights seemed to have helped my back feel better. Today, I bundled up and took my walk. It was cold, but I still enjoyed it. And there was definitely no sweating involved lol.
