I managed to hold it together pretty well while Tom was in the hospital last week and remain positive. But then yesterday, I found myself extremely cranky and annoyed by everything and even said something really mean to Tom. Of course, as soon as it came out of my mouth, I regretted it. But I still said it out loud. This morning, things look better and I feel terrible about what I said and how I felt yesterday. I'm reminded (in the words of Gretchen Rubin) to "act the way I want to feel". What we think about and what we focus on matters a lot. So today, I put my focus on my Three Be's for 2020:
