Yesterday afternoon on one of my walks around the block, I twisted my foot and fell. I was able to get myself back up with no problem and finish the walk back to the house. Today, I am pretty sore but nothing seems to be swollen or seriously injured. Despite the soreness, I still did a video workout this morning and plan to get my steps in today. I think the movement will help with the soreness.
