One of the ways that Gretchen Rubin suggests holding yourself accountable for getting things done is to think about your future self and how glad they will be you did whatever you're putting off. This has been pretty life-changing for me. When I'm having a hard time getting going, I just remind myself that "Tonight Tracy" will be glad I got that stuff done and I got my steps in for the day. After Quarantine Tracy will be glad she didn't sit around moping the whole time and she actually got a lot of stuff accomplished while being at home.
