I'm really struggling with getting my veggies in to meet my goal for March. Anyone have any tips/tricks on easy ways to incorporate veggies into your nutrition plan? Especially for someone who travels like I do?

I love roasted verges. Roast on a cookie sheet 425 degrees til they start to brown. I usually use a little olive olive oil, salt, pepper,garlic. Also frozen okra roasted is yummy. I've also added a cup of frozen okra to a chocolate smoothie. Look at Pinterest for Bigbboy chocolate smoothie by THM
