We are three days into April and I've got over 9000 steps each day. Last night as I laid in bed, I looked at my FitBit and I was about 170 steps short of 10,000. Almost got up and walked in place to hit 10,000; lol.
One thing I've noticed is that with all the steps, my blood sugar has been really really good. Like 83 yesterday morning and 104 this morning and they've stayed really good (or gone low) throughout the day. I'm working on tweaking my medicine to keep the lows from happening.
I can say that it may be hard to maintain this level of activity everyday. I have to make a very conscious effort to stay on top of the steps each hour so that I stay on track. Also, neighbors, if you see me walking around my yard 100 times a day, it's just because I'm trying to get steps and I get tired of walking around in the house lol.
