I have lived by the mantra "I can do anything for 15 minutes" for years. I learned it from Flylady and have found it to be so true.
The last two weeks, I have added my own mantra, "Sometimes I can do something for 5 minutes and that's okay too". Dealing with my grief over losing Tom has made it hard for me to focus well on tasks-especially things like creating classes for my training business. This week, I decided to challenge myself to work on it a little every day, even for just 5 minutes. I have made tiny bits of progress and I am happy with that. Sometimes 5 minutes is all I have in me, and that's okay. Baby steps.
