Now on to day 2!
My goal for April is to get at least 8000 steps in a day and for the first day of April yesterday, I had 9498! I set an alarm on my phone for every hour titled "Get up and walk!" and I tracked my steps each hour to make sure I stayed on target. I'd hit 8000 before 5:00 p.m.
Now on to day 2!
