So I realized recently that I have been doing NOTHING for myself. So I'm making myself a promise to do something for myself everyday. Even if it's just five minutes of something.
I"m re-committing to exercising everyday because that will help manage my stress and with the blood sugar.
I'm working on choosing healthier foods, which will also help me feel better. I'm also going to work on dealing with my feelings instead of eating them. One of the ways I plan to do this is by posting in my blog.
