Something that I've done for as long as I can remember is eat to deal with my feelings. One way I've changed some this year is that I am more likely to take a walk when I'm upset or frustrated than I am to look for something to eat. I'm not saying all the time, but definitely better than I was before.
My passion is to share the importance of playing, and not just as a child, but as an adult also. It is so important to take the time to play and be active. Our children are losing that.
