- Continue walking 25 minutes a day seven days per week/9,000-10,000 steps a day five days per week.
- Write in blog/post in my Facebook group daily
- Track food and blood sugar/drink water
- Devotional/prayer journal.
- Continue with my fruit/veggie goals each day
- Work on classes each day. Goal is to get another new one created in November.
- De-clutter: I am going to put this back on a box by itself because I have really slipped in doing it the last couple of months.
- Private one-I will continue with my private resolution in November as well.

My passion is to share the importance of playing, and not just as a child, but as an adult also. It is so important to take the time to play and be active. Our children are losing that.
