Walking 25 minutes a day/9,000-10,000 steps five days per week (Monday-Friday): I walked every day in November. I got over 10,000 steps a day 19 of the 30 days.
Write blog/post in Facebook group: I posted on the blog 28 of the 30 days and posted in the Facebook group all 30 days.
Track food/blood sugar and drink water: I missed tracking all my food and checking my blood sugar at lunch on Thanksgiving, but did it all the other days. I drank my water all 30 days.
Devotional/prayer journal: all 30 days
Fruits/veggies: I met my fruit and veggie goal 17 of the 30 days.
Work on classes: I worked on classes 21 of the 30 days. I finished and submitted one new class and have started another.
De-clutter: I worked on de-cluttering 15 of the 30 days
Private goal: 22 of the 30 days (I do plan to share more about this goal in a post soon.
So overall, I am happy with my progress. It's not perfect, but it's better than I have ever done before. All I can do is keep trying, right?
