These are my resolutions for January:
Blood sugar:
Check and write down blood sugar at breakfast, lunch, and supper. I made great strides in 2019 by checking and writing down my blood sugar each morning (starting back in February). I'm going to add writing it down at lunch and supper as well.
Movement:
Walk/Move my body 20 minutes a day.
If the weather is bad, do a Leslie Sansone video or Yoga video
If I am out of town, then start the day with a YouTube video workout and/or take a walk during class breaks/lunch breaks.
If Tom is in the hospital or having treatments, make it a point to walk in the hallways

Food:
Write down what I eat.
Mental Health:
Write in my book every day. I've started writing a book about our journey with cancer. This has helped me to remember how much writing helps me deal with my emotions which in turn has led to me feeling much calmer and happier than I have felt in ages.
Water:
Drink four 16 oz bottles of water a day
To keep myself accountable, I have a goal sheet that I will be checking off each night and posting on the blog.
