I'm going to work on upping my steps each day. I'm getting my walk in, but would like to get my steps on my fitness tracker closer to 8000-9000. I've been averaging between 5000-7000 most days so I'm going to up my game this week and see if I can hit 8000 everyday!
"They" (whoever "they" are) say you should aim for around 10,000 steps a day. Since I spend a lot of my time at my desk working on grading and other computer stuff, it's not as easy for me to get there as it used to be. When I was doing child care, I got close to that many steps just about any day I had kids here lol. So this week, I will make a conscious effort to be getting up and moving around every little bit rather than setting at my desk all the time.
