Yesterday was the end of 5 months of #walk20in20 where I joined a challenge to walk/move at least 20 minutes a day. I'm excited to report that I have met that challenge every day so far this year. So for 152 days in a row, I have moved my body for at least 20 minutes a day!
Now on to my May report:
Checking and recording blood sugar/recording food/drinking at least 80 oz of water a day: Did these every day!
Walk 25 minutes a day/10,000 steps in a day: I walked everyday for at least 25 minutes. I reached 10,000 steps 22 of the 31 days! I'm pretty excited about that.
De-clutter/paperwork/create projects: I worked on these 23 of the 31 days.
Devotional: I did a devotional/read my bible everyday.
Blog: I posted in my blog every day except the weekend of my birthday when I took the days off. So 28 of the 31 days.
Fruits/veggies: I met my goal for fruits and veggies 27 of the 31 days. Not perfect, but I'm happy about it.
Gretchen Rubin course/book: 24 of the 31 days I worked on the course I"m taking and/or read in the Gretchen Rubin book I'm reading right now: Outer Order, Inner Calm (I'm almost done with that book, then I"ll choose another)
Facebook groups: 29 of the 31 days I posted in my Facebook groups (the days I missed are from the weekend I took off from everything). It's really helped with the engagement in my business group so I'm pretty excited about that.
Now it's on to June!
