I set a goal for myself again last week to get at least 10,000 steps a day Monday-Friday and 9 of 9 hours active. I met the 9 of 9 hours active every weekday last week. My step counts were:
Monday: 10,136 Tuesday: 10,383 Wednesday: 10,281 Thursday: 11,124 Friday: 10,646
