11,000 steps MWF’s/10,000 steps T/Th’s: I got over 11,000 steps 13 days in January and over 10,000 steps eight days.
Walk 20 minutes each day: every day in January
Sleep 7-8 hours a night: I got at least seven hours of sleep 21 of the 31 days last month
Read 21 minutes a day: every day in January! (No big surprise-I LOVE this one lol)
Work on “Facts of Life” information: Sixteen out of 31 days and made a lot of progress; so I am happy with that.
Household chores: Sixteen of 31 days
One sentence journal: every day.

Paperwork: 17 out of 31 days
Devotional/prayer journal: every day
Post in Facebook group: 29 out of 31 days
Write in blog: every day
Drink water: every day
De-clutter: 18 out of 31 days
Work on creating new classes: 18 out of 31 days
Fruits/veggies: 23 out of 31 days
