"You sure are walking a lot". One of my neighbors said that to me yesterday when I was out getting some steps. I laughed and replied "Yes, I'm trying to get 10,000 steps a day and that's a lot of walking"!
We are now 18 weeks into 2020 and have started on our fifth month!
This last week, I met all of my goals for my April/May resolution list. The hardest one has definitely been the 10,000 steps a day. I look forward to my rest day of Sundays so much! However, my blood sugar levels have really come down and I've had to reduce my insulin with all the walking and I'm really excited to see what my next A1C will be (it's a blood test that gives an average of your last 3 months blood sugar readings).
