Here is this week's update:
Walking 25 minutes each day/10,000 steps five days a week:
met both goals
Post daily in blog and Facebook group: Did these both all seven days
Devotional/prayer journal: Did this all seven days
Fruits/veggies goal: four of the seven days
Work on classes: Five of the seven days (my goal is to work on it on weekdays and I've been doing that).
Track food/blood sugar and drink water: Met this goal every day
De-clutter: I worked on this five of the seven days (my goal is to do it Monday-Friday so I met that goal). I worked on my bookshelf here in the office area and did a shelf a day. I pulled every book off, set aside the ones that I am not keeping, dusted everything and put it back. I plan today to go through and try to finish it up by organizing the books and trying to put them in some semblance of order. I did it some while I was working, but want to finish it up today.
Self-talk/read: I listened to positive self talk five of the seven days this week. I also read five of the seven days. Reading was one of my "holiday game plans". I'm re-reading the Happiness Project in preparation of starting my new one in 2021.
