Walking 25 minutes a day/9,000-10,000+ steps five of the seven days: I walked all seven days. I got over 10,000 steps four of the seven days.
Write blog/post in Facebook group: did this all seven days
Track food and blood sugar/drink water: did this all seven days
Devotional/prayer journal: did this all seven days. I finished the bible study I was doing and am trying to decide what one to do next. Right now I'm working through some grief material that the hospice chaplain brought me.
Fruits and veggies: major fail this week on this, only met my goal three of the seven days. Still better than where I was a year ago, so not going to be too hard on myself.
Work on classes: I worked on classes four of the seven days. I have finished up another webinar so I just have to submit it for approval. Then I'll decide what to start on next.
De-clutter: two of the seven days and both those days were digital de-cluttering. I seem to be having a hard time doing any physical de-cluttering right now.
