How do you go about getting your stuff done? Do you have a strategy that you'd like to share?
I just finished reading Gretchen Rubin's book "Better than Before" which is a book about habit change. One thing I love about Gretchen is that she doesn't try to tout "there is only one right way to do everything" path. She offers different solutions and ideas and encourages you to find what works for YOU! One of the things she says in the book is that often "The less that we do, the less we feel like doing". This is so true for me. When I'm active, I feel like doing more. For me, a daily to-do list is an essential. This helps me to stay on a routine and reminds me to do those little nagging tasks. I made my own list on my computer and print it off every week at the end of the week for the next week. I have my daily things I do each day such as exercising, my devotional, writing in my blog, etc. Then I have blank spaces to fill in tasks that I need to get done that day. For some reason, writing it out with pen and paper works so much better for me than using my phone or other electronic method.

AuthorMy passion is to share the importance of playing, and not just as a child, but as an adult also. It is so important to take the time to play and be active. Our children are losing that. CategoriesArchives
