My plan for December:
- Walk 25 minutes every day/get 10,000+ steps Monday-Friday
- Post in my blog and Facebook group each day
- Do my devotional/prayer journal each day
- Fruits/veggies: Continue with my fruit and vegetable goals
- Work on creating new class content Monday-Friday
- Track food and blood sugar/Drink at least 80 oz of water a day
- Read each day (this is part of my holiday game plan and I am starting by re-reading The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin so I can start planning my 2021 project)
- De-clutter Monday-Friday: this can be physical or virtual clutter but work on it every weekday.
