I kind of got lazy on some stuff in December lol, but here’s the wrap-up:
Walking 25 minutes a day: all 31 days/10,000+ steps: 17/31 days
Write in blog: 27/31 days/post in Facebook group: 28/31 days
Fruits/veggies: 19/31 days
Work on creating new classes: 16/31 days
Track food/check blood sugar/drink water: 26/31 days (well, actually I drank my water every day, but I did miss some times writing down food and/or blood sugar
De-clutter: 15/31 days
Self-talk/read: 17/31 days
Devotional/prayer journal: every day
Here are some of the things I accomplished in 2020:
-Exercised every single day
-Created 14 new child care classes for my training business
-Significantly increased my fruit and vegetable intake
-Significantly increased my water intake
-De-cluttered A LOT of stuff from my house!
-Developed the habit of writing down my food and blood sugar and keeping a record of it
-Developed a habit of writing in a prayer journal
-Developed a system for keeping up with my paperwork better
-Started posting in my blog regularly
I don’t say all of this to brag, but to point out that I took small steps and made great progress in my life. I truly believe that if I hadn’t been working on all of this all year long that when Tom died, I would have fallen into a pit of despair. I am sad and I am heartbroken, and I feel despair from time-to-time. But overall, I feel like I am going to be okay eventually. God knew exactly what I needed when I needed it. He’s awesome that way.
