One of the downsides to exercising more and keeping a closer monitor on my blood sugar/food is that then I tend to have blood sugar lows. I woke up at 4:00 a.m. yesterday with a super low blood sugar and had another one this morning around mid-morning. I am adjusting my insulin, but it usually takes a little bit of tweaking to get it figured out. I'll keep working on it.
Heading out now for the rest of today's walk and getting ready to finish up water bottle number 3 for the day!
