I got some of my walking done while we were still at the hospital and then took another walk when we got home. Again, the fresh air felt so wonderful. I do think it is time for some new shoes, I noticed my hips are hurting when I walk, which usually means I don't have good support in my shoes. That's a whole challenge in itself-finding shoes for me.
I was also able to track my blood sugar and food again, do some writing, and I de-cluttered in my Document folder (that's going to be a huge project!! Holy moly). I drank 3 out of 4 bottles of water. That one is proving to be harder than I thought it would be. I'll just keep working on it.
How's your New Year going so far? Something I like to remind myself of is that every single day is the start of a New Year. It is never too late to set goals for yourself and make positive steps in your life.
