I checked and recorded my blood sugar for breakfast, lunch, and supper.
I recorded my food choices.
I got in 20 minutes of movement despite being at the hospital. I did that by parking way out and walking inside walking up and down the halls.
I de-cluttered e-mail for 15 minutes (since I wasn't home to do any de-cluttering there)
I did some writing, both in my book and on my blog.
I drank 2 out of my 4 bottles of water goal, but at least I drank some water. I'll keep working on that one.
