Here's to crushing May's step goals!
By Friday (yes the first day of the month) at noon, I had pretty much decided I'd lost my mind for setting my step goal at 10,000 for May. I had a late night blood sugar crash the evening before and I was wiped out. Every step I took felt like I had lead in my shoes and everything hurt. However, I persevered and made it my 10,000 steps both Friday and Saturday and I"m on track to do it again today. Tom has been taking short walks with me after lunch some days and he said today "You probably don't feel like walking". I told him it didn't matter how I felt, I HAD to get my 10,000 steps in so I would be walking whether I felt like it or not.
