August Happiness Project Wrap-up

9/1/2020

To be honest, I didn't even want to post about August. I missed so much of doing some of my resolutions in August that it seemed pointless. I mean, I know I had a good reason and I am not upset with myself for any of the choices I made. So I decided to write about what I did well and move forward into September.

Despite what was going on, I still managed to walk at least 20 minutes every single day in August. I also got 9,000-10,000 steps on 21 of the 31 days.

For the most part, I met my eating goals in August: 27 of the 31 days

I did my devotional/Bible study/and prayer journal every day in August.

I managed to mostly monitor my spending until the last couple of days and I didn't do so great then. But overall, I am happy with how I did on it. I'm going to take the data I gathered and review it to see what kind of changes I might need to make.

Bring on September!

My passion is to share the importance of playing, and not just as a child, but as an adult also. It is so important to take the time to play and be active. Our children are losing that.
