So today I want to know, what do you do to get yourself out of a funk?
What do you do when you are in a funk? How do you get yourself out of it? I have been fighting with one for weeks now and cannot seem to get past it. Too many emotional upheavals between losing long-time kids, finishing my master’s degree (which is a good thing, but there is always an emotional letdown when you are done), and other stuff that I won’t bore you with the details of, lol. Then just to top it off, I fell and re-hurt my foot last week so now I’m wearing this really pretty boot. So that means no working out while I am in the boot and lots of prayers that it helps because otherwise I’m looking at surgery.
So today I want to know, what do you do to get yourself out of a funk?

In my effort to lead a healthier life and to encourage the children I care for to make healthier choices, I asked my parents to bring healthy treats to go along with our sweet treats for our Halloween party last week. Two of my moms came through in a big way and brought snacks that were healthy, delicious, and fun! We had ghost bananas and orange jack-o-lanterns, apple smiles, and grapes, yum! For our sweet treat, we had sugar cookies and Capri-suns. |
