For all 30 days; I did a devotional, checked my blood sugar and wrote down my food, drank my water, ate my fruits and veggies, walked 25 minutes a day, and wrote in my blog and book.
For 27 of the days, I worked on my de-cluttering projects, worked on creating classes, and worked on taxes/paperwork.
For 25 of the days, I walked at least 8000 steps! Most of those days, I got over 9000 steps and seven of those days, I got over 10,000!
