8 months of movement
As of the end of August, I have completed 8 months of moving my body every day this year. I started out this year doing a challenge from Gretchen Rubin's Happier podcast doing a #walk20in20 challenge. I haven't missed a day of movement yet this year and I will be continuing on into 2021. (Hopefully someone comes up with a clever name for 2021 lol). I have to say that I am so thankful that I began this challenge. It has been a saving grace for me through some really stressful times this year.

My passion is to share the importance of playing, and not just as a child, but as an adult also. It is so important to take the time to play and be active. Our children are losing that.
