200 days of movement

If I counted right, Saturday made 200 days of movement for me in 2020. I took on the Happier Podcast with Gretchen Rubin's #walk20in20 challenge and challenged myself to move my body at least 20 minutes a day this year. Earlier in the year, some of the days I did yoga for my movement, but since about March, it's been walking every day. I'm so thankful that I've felt like doing something every day (although some days, that was ALL I did). 

Please remember that every day is the start of a new year. If you haven't started yet, you still can! Come on and walk with me!
