100 Days of Movement

Yesterday marked 100 days of movement for me in 2020! I joined the Happier Podcast #Walk20in20 challenge and I've done something everyday this year! 

The last few days, I've even pushed myself and walked 30 minutes instead of 25. I got over 10,000 steps on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Yesterday I had two blood sugar crashes within a very short period of time and it wiped me out the rest of the day. I am excited to report that I still met my 8000 step goal for the day.
