Who am I?

My name is Tracy Hinton and I have ran a family child care program in north central Oklahoma since 1993. During that time, I have gone back to school and earned my Associate of Arts degree in Child Development, a Bachelor of Art degree in Liberal Studies, and a Master’s degree in Education. From my education and years of experience, I have learned that play is vital, not just in childhood, but throughout our lives. I have also made changes to my personal lifestyle by losing weight, exercising, and becoming healthier.  On this website, I hope to share my passion for these things with the world! A Healthy Life is a Playful Life!

My family consists of my wonderful and supportive husband Tom, my children; oldest daughter Serenity and her husband Anthony, my son Josh, and my youngest daughter Natasha. We are also blessed with two wonderful grandchildren, Blaze and Zoey!
